How does the tutor matching system work?
Once you subscribe to a plan or request a demo, our academic advisor analyzes your child's requirements, subject preference, board, and location. We match you with the top 3 best-suited tutors in our network. You get a free demo session with them before finalizing.
What is the 'Instant Replacement' feature?
If at any point during your subscription you feel the tutor's pace, style, or timing is not aligning with the student, you can click 'Request Replacement' in your parent dashboard. We will assign a new tutor within 48 hours at no additional charge.
Are there any registration fees or hidden costs?
No! The subscription prices (₹149, ₹199, ₹299, ₹399) represent the monthly support & portal access fees. Tutors have their own hourly/monthly teaching fees which are paid directly, or processed securely via the portal depending on your preference.
What is included in the 'Emergency Tutor' request?
If your exam is scheduled tomorrow and your current tutor has an emergency, you can trigger an emergency request. We will assign an verified expert within 2 hours to conduct an online intensive review/strategy session.
